Maria is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Atos Jiu-Jitsu, where she trains under Professor André Galvão—one of the most accomplished competitors and coaches in the history of the sport. With a proven record on the world stage, Maria has earned multiple IBJJF double gold finishes at premier tournaments including Pans, Europeans, and Worlds.
At Adayama Jiu-Jitsu, Maria brings not only her high-level technical knowledge but also a passion for teaching. Her focus is on helping students build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and discover the joy of training Jiu-Jitsu.
